About this Armor:
This Battle of Kursk is itself legendary, as 2700 German tanks slugged it out
against 3600 Soviet tanks in the world’s largest armored conflagration. New
tanks such as the Panther and Elefant made their combat debut at Kursk, but
it was the experienced Tiger that provided the advantage over the Soviet military
force.
